Ciba Rajma Masala Powder
Ciba rajma masala powder is made for everyday occasions and can be consumed on a daily basis to give your food a healthy twist of taste.
Simple steps to make Rajma:-
Soak 200 gm Red Kidney Beans for 7-8 hours. Put them in a pressure cooker with 4 glass water and salt to taste. After 1st whistle reduce the heat and cook for 20 min. Grind 6 pcs of garlic, 2 onion and 3 tomatoes. In a kadai, heat 1 tbsp oil, mix grinded pureeand 3 tsp Ciba Rajma Masala. Let it cook till oil separates. Add boiled Rajma in the gravy; stir it and cook for 10 min so that rajma absorbs the masala. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
