Simple steps to make Nimbu Achar:-
Nimbu ka achar is made during winters because at that time lemons are thin skinned, shiny and plump. Take 1 kg juicy lemon (medium size); clean with a cloth and let them dry completely. Now cut in 4 pcs & add 200 gm Ciba Nimbu Achar Masala and mix them well. Put them in a glass container for 25-30 days. Shake the container every 3 days so that the lemon absorbs the masala properly.
Top Tip- For Meetha Nimbu ka Achar, add 500 gm sugar in the above recipe (add more sugar if you like sweet), mix it well and keep it in sunlight for 8-10 days.
