Simple steps to make Aloo Methi: –
In a kadai, heat 1.25 tbsp oil, add 3/4 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds, and let it crackle. Add 5 peeled and diced potatoes, 1/2 tsp Ciba Turmeric Powder, salt to taste, and 1/2 cup of water. Cover and let it cook till potatoes become soft, add 2 finely chopped tomatoes, 1/4 tsp Ciba Chilli Powder, 1 tsp Ciba Coriander Powder and 1 tsp Ciba Kasuri Methi, let it cook for 5 min. Serve hot with chapatis/ paranthas.
