Fish Masala Powder
Ciba’s fish masala powder gives an everlasting flavor to your platter.
Simple steps to make Fish Curry (Serving for 4 people):-
Wash 1/2 kg fish and add salt to it. Leave it for 2 hours, after that wash it again. Take 4 tomatoes, 2 green chilies, 1-inch ginger & 1/2 cup malai, grind and sieve it. In pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add 2 chopped onions, 1.5 tsp garlic paste, and fry them till it turns brown. Add the ground paste and cook it till oil separates. Add fish, 2 tsp Ciba Kasuri Methi; salt and red chili to taste, 3 tsp Ciba Fish Masala Powder, sauté them for 5 min, add 3/4 glass water and cook on a medium flame for 5 mins.
