Dal Makhani Masala
Ciba dal makhani masala powder is made from the special ingredients that give your bowl of dal makhani a rich and flavorsome taste.
Simple steps to make Dal Makhani:-
Soak 40g each of Kabuli, chana, rajma, masoor black & urad sabut for 7-8 hours. Put them in a pressure cooker with 3 glass of water and salt to taste. After 1st whistle reduce the heat and cook for 20 min. Once the pressure settles down open it and add 1 glass of milk, 1/2 cup of malai/ cream, mix and cook on low flame for 10 min. Grind 4 tomatoes and 1 green chilli. In a kadai, heat 2 tbsp oil, add puree and 3 tsp Ciba Dal Makhani Masala Powder. Let it cook till oil separates. Add the gravy in the cooker, mix and cook for 10 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
