How to make Vermicelli Pulao (Serving for 4 Person): –
Heat 2 tbsp oil in a kadai. Add 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp cumin seeds and let them crackle. Now add 2 chopped onions, once they are cooked add 2 chopped potatoes and salt to taste. Cook till it becomes soft. Mix tomato puree (of 3 medium tomatos), 1/2 tsp red chilli powder and cook till raw smell of tomatoes goes away. Add 3 cups of water and let it boil. After that add 2 cup Ciba Vermicelli/ Sevai
