Raita Masala Powder
No platter in India is complete without a good raita and so whether you like boondi in your curd or a small plate of grated cucumbers will do, Raita masala by Ciba is a must to enhance the taste.
Simple Steps to make Chatpata Raita: –
Blend curd in a bowl (do not add water), sieve it for a creamy texture and add Ciba Raita Masala Powder according to taste. For different type of raita add boondi, mix vegetables (onion, tomatoes & cucumber), pudina, etc. Serve chilled.
Note: – This masala can also be used in Butter Milk (Chaach) & Dahi Bhalla.
Top Tip: – If curd is sour, add little milk.
