How to make Poha/ Flattened Rice (Serving for 4 Person):-
Rinse 250gm of Ciba Taaza Rice Flakes and keep aside. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a kadai, add 1.5 teaspoon mustard seeds, and let it crackle. Now mix 1 tablespoon chopped curry leaves. 2 chopped green chilies, 2 onions and let it cook. After that add 2 chopped potatoes and salt to taste. Let it cook till potatoes get soft. Now add 2 chopped tomatoes and add Ciba Poha Masala according to taste. After a minute add Ciba Taaza Rice Flakes, 2 teaspoon lemon juice, and mix well. Garnish it with coriander leaves, roasted groundnuts, and serve hot.
