Pav Bhaji Masala Powder
Pav bhaji runs the city of dreams, Mumbai that is! Ciba introduced pav bhaji masala powder to help the lovers of pav bhaji all over India devour the goodness of mashed vegetables with buns rolled in a sea of butter.
Simle Step to make Bhaji:-
Take 1 cabbage, 1 cauliflower, 1 potato, 2 green; red; yellow capsicum, 2 carrot and chop them. Put them in a pressure cooker with 1 cup of water. Pressure cook till 3 whistles. In a kadai heat 3 tbsp oil, add 10 chopped garlic, 2 onion, let it cook, then 5 tomatoes, 4 tsp Ciba Pav Bhaji Masala Powder and salt to taste. Once tomatoes are soft, add boiled vegetables. Mash them with potato masher, mix 1/2 cup boiled peas and cook for another 15 min. Garnish it with chopped coriander leaves.
