Ciba Shahi Paneer Masala Powder
Kadai Paneer (Serving for 4 People):-
In pan heat 2 tsp oil, add diced 200gm Paneer, 1/2 yellow; red; green capsicum, 1 onion and saute them. Grind 2 onion, 6 pcs garlic, 3 tomato and 3 tsp curd. In kadai heat 1 tbsp oil, add ground mixture, 3 tsp Ciba Paneer Masala Powder & 3 tsp of tomato sauce, salt to taste and let it cook till oil separates. Add diced paneer, vegetables, 1 long sliced tomato and 1 cup water. Let it cook for 10 mins and garnish it with cream/ butter for taste.
