Simple steps to make Chatpata Achari Aloo (Serving for 4 people):-
In Kadai heat 2 tbsp oil, mix 1/2 tsp Ciba Mustard Seeds, 1/2 tsp Ciba Cumin Seeds, let it crackle. Add 4 chopped boiled potatoes, 2 tsp Ciba Achari Masala Powder, and salt to taste. Let it cook for 5 min. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Note: – This masala can be used in other recipes also like aloo jeera, achari bhindi, achari baigan, etc but not in pickles. Masala added in the recipe is as per standard taste. It may differ from person to person.
