Simple step to make Meat Curry:-

In a pressure cooker heat 2 tbsp oil, add Brown Onion Paste, 2 tsp Garlic Ginger Paste, % Kg Meat, Red Chilli Powder & Salt to taste, 1% tsp Ciba Meat Masala & mix well. Cover & cook till one whistle. Once the pressure settles down, open it and cook on sim gas for 10min. Make a paste of 4 tomatoes, 2 Green Chilli, %5 bowl Malai, X bowl Curd & 1 bowl Spinach. Add this paste to the cooker, sauté it till oil separates, add 1 glass of water, 1% tsp Ciba Meat Masala. Let it cook and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
