Monaco Potato Sandwich By Somya Gupta
Monaco biscuits – 8
Boiled potatoes/ aloo – 1/2 cup
Chopped coriander/ dhaniya patta and green chillies/ hari mirch as per taste
Aloo bhujiya – 2 tablespoons
Red chili/ lal mirch powder, dry mango/ amchur powder, garam masala, Ciba chat masala and salt/ namak as per taste
Mix all spices and veggies to mashed boiled potaoes. Mix well and divide the mix in equal parts.
Take a monaco biscuit and put potato stuffing over it. Cover another biscuit on it.
Sprinkle some aloo bhujiya on the sandwich.
Yummy and quick ‘Monaco Potato Sandwich’ is ready to be served with a cup of ginger tea!
