Chatpati Kale chaana Chaat By Geeta Tamani
- 1 cup boiled kabuli chana
- 1 onion finely chopped
- 1 tomato finely chopped
- 1 green chilly finely chopped
- 1 papad
- 2 tablespoon aloo bhujiya
- salt to taste
- 1 tablespoon Ciba Chatkari Chaat Masala
- 1 tablespoon Ciba Black Pepper Powder
- 1 tablespoon Ciba Red Chilly Powder
- Juice of 2 lemons
- Dry roast papad and roughly crush it.
- In bowl, mix in boiled kabuli chana, chopped onion, chopped tomato, green chilly and crushed papad.
- Then add salt, chaat masala, black pepper powder and lemon juice.
- Mix it well.
- Serve Chatpati Kale chaana Chaat.
